– Submit full costs and specification

DUE DILIGENCE
– Co-ordinate mandatory health and safety requirements
– Advise on access statements and DDA compliance
– Obtain landlord and statutory approvals
– Assess sustainability issues
– Forecast client cashflow
– Advise client and landlord on insurance obligations
– Agree contract terms and conditions

DELIVERY
– Ensure all systems are live and ready to use
– Manage relocation of all personnel
– Complete staff training
– Issue operation and maintenance manuals
– Review project with client, invite constructive feedback
