Within Habito’s new office there were three key elements which needed to be accommodated; firstly, to create a great working environment for their ever growing team, secondly, to encourage more in house meetings with an office space that the team were proud to share with external visitors and potential employees, and thirdly, a space which represented the young and sophisticated nature of the business and brand.

The new office space achieves all three of these elements, refined and well chosen finishes alongside bespoke furniture items allows Habito’s space to be truly unique to them.

Pusher

Pusher wanted to refresh their existing office space and focused the improvements around the experiences of both their staff and visitors. The staff experience was changed by adding a large breakout area next to the working environment, a “tech free zone” which provided contrast to their working environment. Fresh colours, cool finishes and refined furniture allowed this area to feel like an oasis away from the workspace.

Front of house was also a main focus within the re-design. The addition of a large bespoke bleacher with integrated drinks fridges and team photo display within the welcome area allows the team to host events, workshops and town hall meetings – visitors are encouraged to help themselves to a drink while they get to know the team.

Gambit Research wanted to create a new space within their existing building for their expanding team. Communication between teams was key to the proposed design, Dthree worked closely alongside the Gambit project team to create a space which not only allowed but increased communication.

Aesthetically the new office needed to be in complete contrast to their existing office – smart, slick and cool; a space that you wanted to bring visitors and clients into and a place where new members of the team wanted to spend their day.

Design Overview: Audio Network is an independent music company, breaking down boundaries to deliver authentic and creative music solutions to content creators in every industry, all around the world. The company collaborates with over 750 talented composers and artists, and has over 100,000 tracks in its catalogue, carefully curated into albums and playlists in every imaginable genre.

Audio Network was looking to integrate all members of the staff within one floor plate, The Jonhson Building was the perfect set up for it. A clear divide between fun and co working areas was a key consideration within the Design. The rectangular floor plate was divided into three clear areas .Breakout-Meeting Rooms and Open Plan. One of the key elements was having a fantastic breakout area capable of catering internal tea breaks to live band gigs. Being at the forefront of the music industry, it was essential to Audio Network that everything within the office represented their passion for music. The breakout area does just that with its bold finishes and large bleacher located in the centre of the floor, making it the perfect space for bringing people and music together.

The intermediate point within the space offers various meeting spaces with the best possible acoustic properties , and a brand new listening room with a state of the art sound system. The open plan area needed to be fluid and organic, as far as possible from a call centre room but capable of adapting for future expansion requirements. All in all the office is a space that supports and enables Audio Network to deliver authentic and creative music solutions around the world.
