We are Dthree Studio, part of the ThirdWay Group of Morelands, 5-23 Old Street, London, EC1V 9HL. The group’s appointed GDPR representative and data protection officer is the Chief Operations Officer.

This Privacy Policy covers the use of your information by Dthree Studio. We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this privacy notice.

As such, any references in this Privacy Policy to “we”, “our”, “us” etc. will be interpreted as a reference to Dthree Studio.

What data we collect

Marketing Communications

We use your personal data to improve the user experience of our website and provide a better service. We also use it for staying in touch with you. By signing up to our newsletters and updates you agree to be contacted with such information in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing context.

Additionally, we collect your information through the submission of business enquiries on the various forms through our website. We may also receive your personal data through our trusted partner in real estate, DeVono Cresa.

How we use it

Marketing Communications

We use your personal data for responding to your inquiries and/or sending you relevant material. This will include:

• Collecting business contacts in the business to business sector of the design and build market
• Sending our contacts on our database market research and industry insights we feel are relevant.

How long we keep it

We will keep your personal data received through inquiries in forms on our website for two years, after which we will ask you again for consent to continue to receive marketing information from us. We will keep data you send us in relation to vacancies for the duration of your application and up to one year after in order to offer you new opportunities, unless you opt out of this, or extend this period with your consent. We will keep our outbound call recordings for a period of one year for monitoring and training purposes.

Who we share it with

Dthree Studio will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Additionally, we also store your personal data used for marketing purposes in our Salesforce CRM database. We may also occasionally share your personal data with our trusted partner in the real estate sector.

Your rights

You have several individual rights in relation to your personal data that we collect, which we are committed to respecting. In particular, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal information
• Request any inaccuracies in your personal information be corrected
• You may also ask to object or restrict the processing of your personal data and have your personal information erased, where appropriate.
