Brief:

During the construction programme of the CAT A refurbishment of 4 Lonsdale Road, the space was pre-let to Goodspace, a new and alternative neighbourhood co-working company. Dthree Studio were appointed to carry out the CAT B fit out, focusing on creating a welcoming and diverse environment that reflected Goodspace’s core values.

Alongside a design intent that had personality and highlighting the architectural features of the building, it was important that the layout of the offices and meeting spaces was efficient for a successful co-working offering.

 

Implementation:

Dthree conducted exhaustive analysis of the space coupled with interviews of the client’s leadership team. After discussing the plan, it was executed through development planning that maximised the floorplate and considerations of efficient services design.

 

Result / Final outcome:

The resulting outcome reflected not only the core values of Goodspace but also helped create a multi-functional and communal space that could be utilised by organisations of all sizes. The launch was successful, which has resulted in a great atmosphere and culture
