The Brief
Dthree and theTeam worked closely together to understand the vision of the business alongside the requirements for the individuals within the company. Through staff engagement questionnaires, community interviews and observation studies we reviewed the existing practices and values of the business. We discovered that culture of collaboration and innovation were very much present but the space itself was not conducive to the practices required to make these cultures successful. Through the design evolution of the space both in terms of functionality and aesthetic we created an environment which offers variety, choice and flexibility.
